Pelayanannya: bagus. Lokasi: Bagus apalagi jika ada keperluan di kampus. Room Service Food: Harga cukup ekonomis, Rasanya juga mantap. Sarapan pagi : Perlu di improve kebersihan restaurant, apalagi sampai ada kucing masuk ke restaurant.

Hopefully this review can be read by Makara management. This is not the first time we have stayed here, as our child is studying in the area, and therefore this hotel has become our reasonable choice due to its location and tranquility. The access to both Depok and Jakarta is also convenient. The food and in-room service are tasty with reasonable price, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly. However, some improvements are needed. The interior and exterior would benefit from upgrades, as there are visible damages, such as on the flooring. The television size in some rooms also feels less ideal. In the bathroom, especially the water drainage system, it would be better to install a trap that prevents sewer odors and insect from entering the bathroom. With a few improvements, and considering the room rates are already comparable with hotels outside the area, Wisma Makara could create a memorable experience for its customers—not just be seen as the only accommodation option nearby. By doing so, even customers without any business in the campus area might also be interested in staying, thanks to the peaceful, green surroundings and the excellent environment for sports and jogging.
